What points should be paid attention

Critical points for applying stainless steel cable ties.

1. Steel pipes are generally delivered in bundles with stainless steel cable ties. Each bundle should be of the same batch number (except for approval as required by technical standards), with a net weight greater than 5 tons. By mutual agreement, bundle weights can be increased or delivered in sachets. Steel pipes with a diameter of 159 mm and special-shaped steel pipes with a cross-sectional diameter of more than 500 mm can be delivered in a decentralized manner.

2. One end of the bundled steel pipes should be placed neatly, and the short-length steel pipes should be individually packaged.

3. Each bundle of steel pipes is firmly bundled with strip steel or stainless steel wire. The length of the steel pipe is less than 3 meters, at least 2, 3 meters, less than 45 meters, more than 4 meters, 7 meters to 10 meters, 10 meters 6.

4. One end of each wire steel pipe should be screwed with a tee joint. Steel pipes and connectors' external threads and production surfaces must be coated with an anti-rust agent or other anti-rust oil. Pipe ends and tops of inner joints shall be covered with protective rings.

5. According to the buyer's specification, both sides of the steel pipe can be covered with plastic sleeves.

6. According to the buyer's regulations, the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe can be coated with a protective layer for anti-rust treatment, which should be fully considered for easy coating and removal.

7. There are four ways to bundle the package: Ring, Rectangular Frame and Architectural Hexagon.

8. Famous and high-quality products should be packed in hexagons and bundled firmly with steel strips.
